    John:
In the corner behind you, there appears a brief case on wheels (?). You want a very clean background without people guessing what that is in the corner. The picture behind you appears to be a cheerleading squad. A picture of you with your pets or a picture of you outside your fist clinic would give credibility that you were a practicing Veterinarian. I cannot tell if you are doing the webinar in a Vet Office. On the left side is a window with files on a the counter. Do you need the files to be there? The light from the window, cast a shadow.
The background (a light green) behind the words that are on the screen, is seen when the words are in front of your shirt but not when the words are against the background of the wall.
On the tool bar that gives the time below the screen, have an ending time. That way people watching will know how long they need to focus. This show was around 14 minutes. The study I saw said people’s attention span is around 6 to 8 minutes. I do not know where the study is.
Change “My Business Tip” to “Dr. John’s Tip” or Dr. Sheridan’s Tip” You want to use your name more in the episode. You use it at the beginning and at the end.
I STRONGLY recommend that when you have a dr. on to speak about the program you offer, they say, “In addition to all the assistance they gave us, my practice is up 15% and my stress is cut in 1/2″.
The number one reason why people do not use consultants are cost. They do not look at the benefits.
Onward-you got it down. Thank you for being open to some of my suggestions.

Many thanks for your interest Randy. I am no longer in practice and the video clips are recorded against a greenscreen background so I will look at the possibility of changing the background image as you have suggested. The tool bar is a function of http://www.blip.tv which is the domain host for my videos and I dont think I am able to change it. Thanks for your ongoing advice which I very much value
    Best regards
    John
