    Excellent presentation by Pere Mercader! And, I agree with John Sheridan’s analysis: Do the math before and after discounting so you have concrete numbers. Vets giving discounts are somewhat like pet owners giving food treats to their pets out of “love”– empathy and caring is good, but sometimes the result is not what you intended.
